Simple, Quick, & Healthy Breakfast

I love having a healthy breakfast that combines healthy fat, berries for fiber & nutrition, eggs for a good source of protein,  cooked with avocado spray & Himalayan Pink Salt, & a slice of nitrate, nitrite free ham. Add a little spinach or vegetable to make the meal complete and enjoy!

1/4  medium diced avocado
2 organic scrambled eggs
1 pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
1 spray of avocado on frying pan
1 slice of Nitrate & Nitrite Free Ham
1/3 cup of mixed berries

Grab a small frying pan, spray avocado spray on pan, turn heat to medium, stir 2 eggs with fork & add a pinch of Himalayan salt, pour in pan and stir. Wash berries and measure, cut avocado and measure and there you have it!! Simple, Quick, Healthy & Tasty
Feel free to embellish with salsa for more flavor, or add some veggies.
